Store Manager
Dennis Samperi joined Keyboard concepts in 2001. He brings over 35 years of experience working with acoustic and digital pianos. He also has an extensive background in organ and musical instrument sales.
Leigh Moore has been a part of the KC family for over 12 years. She has a business and accounting background and has been a musician most of her life. She has provided thousands of pianos to our 'special event' clients and is an integral part of our day to day operations.
Pamela Smith, in addition to her five years as a Sales Associate with Keyboard Concepts, Pamela studied piano at the University of Iowa and the American Conservatory in Chicago. In her spare time, she teaches piano to students of all ages.

Armando Solis: Shop Manager at Keyboard Concepts for over 20 years. Does finish touch up, repairs and maintains pianos, supervises incoming and outgoing inventory and manages all aspects of the warehouse.

Manuel de la Cruz, with Keyboard Concepts since 2002. Manny does everything from repair pianos at the warehouse to providing maintenance and keeping the Van Nuys store immaculate condition.
